Refund and Returns Policy

Valorant Smurf Accounts Shop is an E-commerce website that provides ranked & Unranked Valorant Smurf Accounts. The buying and selling of Valorant games account are against Riot Games Terms of Services. You accept the full risk of purchasing an account. If Riot Games limits or revokes, your account Valorant Smurf Accounts Shop will only replace or refund the Valorant account if you are within the 10 day warranty period. Outside of these 10 days, we will not refund or replace any accounts due to Riot games intervention. ValorantSmurfAcc is by no means affiliated with Riot Games.

Order Acceptance

Playing a competitive, unrated game, or any mode will make it ineligible for refund. If your account has a different rank from what you bought, before playing any competitive matchmaking games on it, please contact us. The difference will be refunded, or we will replace the account. We will not help you with the rank differential at all if you have played some games. And we offer a replacement/refund only for orders not older than 5 days, provided they meet refund/replacement conditions which are: order is not older than 5 days and no game has been played in any game mode.

Suppose something happens to any of your accounts, and we are only responsible for paying the price you paid us for that account. In that case, we are not responsible for paying for your Valorant points or any skin on your account. To initiate a return, please email us at support@valorantsmurfacc.com.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

Refunds and Exchanges Policy

  • If a game is played on the ordered account, the customer is not entitled to request a refund or replacement.
  • The replacement will be an issue immediately if the rank becomes inactive upon purchase. (Customer should not play any game on that account)
  • If any ticket is created to riot without our consent, we won’t be able to assist further in that scenario.
  • If an account is compromised or locked, the customer must contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to recover the account over the next three business days after the complaint has been issued. 
  • We will not be liable for any account sold to any other entity by the end-user.
  • Once we’ve sold, we don’t buy back our accounts.
  • Customers are responsible for reading the product description and carefully reading what they are buying when they have ordered from Valorant Smurf Accounts Shop; we will not be liable for any replacement or refund, and “item not as described” will not be entertained by us and will be absolutely invalid and void.
  • Customers are solely responsible for protecting their debit/credit/visa/master cards and their Paypal account. Valorant Smurf Acc cannot be held accountable for any “unauthorised transaction” made on the customer’s card or Paypal account and will not be liable for any penalties or for any unauthorised refund.
  • Customers are responsible for providing their valid email address, which is the same as their PayPal email address in the email billing section. If the customer fails to provide the right email address and provide other email addresses. In that case, Valorant Smurf Acc Shop cannot be held accountable for the failed delivery of the digital product, and “item not received” will not be entertained by us and will not be fully responsible for the delivery of the digital product.
  • Any dispute raised posed by the customer after 12 hours of delivery of the goods, we shall not be liable for any dispute and shall not be responsible for payment or refund of any sort.
  • Refund and chargeback are not permitted and will not be entertained after you buy our digital goods.
  • If there is no response to our email within 48 hours, your complain will be marked resolved. If the issue still persists, you can still come back and complain again

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
