Later in Episode 5, Valorant’s next fresh agent will show up. Everything we know about the enigmatic newcomer—from their disclosed codename to their speculated skills—is included in this paragraph.

The next expansion of Valorant’s lineup is almost here.

There hasn’t been much time for players to celebrate their accomplishments because so many new characters have been revealed since the game’s formal launch on June 2, 2020.

The most recent arrival is Fade, a Radiant Initiator, but she won’t hold that title for long because Agent 21 should soon be joining the battle.

Leaked name of Valorant Agent 21

Valorantsmurfacc had discovered that the next Agent was known internally as “Mage.” Patch 5.03 also added an in-game email to the Range’s basement.

What Type of Agent will Mage be?

There are currently six Duelists, five Initiators, four Sentinels, and four Controllers, with the most recent four Agents falling into the first three categories. Astra was the last Controller to be released in Patch 2.04 on March 2, 2021, and “Mage” is set to be the next Controller.

Riot has teased Agent 21 in the latest State of the Agents. Agent 21 is rumored to be nearing completion, and an image has been shared, as well as the short phrase “Jald hi milte hain.” which roughly translates to “See you soon.”

With the teaser image and various water-related terminology usages within the blog post, such as “blue ocean of opportunity,” “We’ve let this soak long enough,” and “I don’t want to flood you,” it is safe to assume that whoever Agent 21/Mage ends up being will have a strong affinity/connection to water.

Valorant Agent 21 rumored abilities

According to the leak, they have the following abilities:

C: Vision Taker – EQUIP a distortion wall launcher. FIRE to create a small line of distortion. Enemies who walk through will be temporarily blinded.
Q: Tartarus Pit – EQUIP a tartarus charger. FIRE to launch a crippling shot that deals some damage and slows players in its path.
E: Bubble – EQUIP bubble and enter a phased state to place a bubble by pressing the ability key. Activate to create an impenetrable bubble. Bullets cannot pass through.
X: Golem – EQUIP the golem doll. FIRE is used to bring the doll down. All teammates in the radius will receive a regeneration buff, while enemies will receive a decay debuff. Lasts until destroyed by enemies.
